We at Rathna Producers Cinnamon Exports Pvt Ltd ensure all our products are of your expectations. Therefore, we ensure all quality measures are undertaken before proceeding. However, if there is an unprecedented circumstance where you wish to return your Cinnamon order you are allowed to do so.

Here are few guidelines that Rathna expects customers to follow in order to return their products.

  • Inform us regarding any defect products within 3 days of receipt of the product via email to info@rathnacinnamon.com or WhatsApp to +94 771095685 with the Order Number together with pictures of the defect products.

  • We will not be liable for the damages while in transit of the courier.

  • We will evaluate the complaint comprehensively after receiving all details. If evaluation proves the complaint is reasonable, we refund the total amount.
